With the MP 7730b, 3M offers a LED-DLP projector that features 1000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 250:1 and a resolution of XGA 1024 x 768. According to 3M, the lamp has a durability of 2000 hours. Looking at practical performance, up to 275 cm can be illuminated with 1000 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 183 cm. Since entering the market in 2001, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
