The equipment of the 3M MP 8725 projector includes 700 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 200:1 with a XGA 1024 x 768 display. The runtime of the lamp in this model is estimated at 2000 hours before a replacement is necessary. A look at the light output reveals: The 700 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 230 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 153 cm. Since entering the market in 1999, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
