The Maxell MC-EW4051 is a LCD projector offering 4000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 20000:1 and a resolution of WXGA 1280 x 800. According to Maxell, the lamp has a durability of 6000 hours. With two hours of daily operation, this corresponds to a period of 8.2 years. The image geometry can be adjusted via the built-in keystone correction so that a clean, rectangular display is achieved even with non-ideal placement. A look at the light output reveals: The 4000 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 643 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 429 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. Since entering the market in 2018, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
