Based on DLP technology, the LG RD JT91 projects images in a Standard-Portabel environment, with technical specs listing 1700 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 2000:1 and a SVGA 800 x 600 resolution. The manufacturer lists the lamp life at 2000 hours. Looking at practical performance, up to 359 cm can be illuminated with 1700 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 239 cm. This model dates back to 2004 and is no longer part of LG's current product range.

Blinking problem solved
Yes the projector is TOP... unfortunately the series has a serial error like the RD-JT92.
After plugging in the power plug, the blue control panel flashes briefly approx. 1x per second and can no longer be operated. If you have this error, please contact us at

really cool
I bought it on ebay.ch about 8 months ago (250 euros). The lamp had about 2000 hours down now I‘m at 4500 hours and it‘s still like new.

Simply brilliant !!!!
I can only agree with the authors below me !!! As I already had two other projectors before the LG, I can say that this LG projector is user-friendly, trouble-free and extremely robust !!! Before the LG I had an Epson and a Canon projector, both of which could not compete with this projector, they only caused problems and the bulb broke down well below the described time!!! In summary, I can say that anyone looking for a projector to watch TV, movies or just for a slide show will not find a better projector for this price !!!!

Super Beamer
I‘ve had the projector for 4 years now and use it regularly and a lot. It has never had any problems and has already done well over 3000 hours. The picture quality is simply excellent and the workmanship leaves nothing to be desired !!!

Class projector, life expectancy is too low, my lamp has now lasted over three thousand hours and I don‘t use or own a screen! :) really highly recommended!!!
