The projector PH510PG by LG utilizes DLP technology and, according to the spec sheet, achieves 550 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 100000:1 at a resolution of HDTV 1280 x 720. As an LED projector, the spec sheet indicates a lifespan of 30000 hours. With four hours of daily operation, this corresponds to a period of 20.5 years. To compensate for angled projection positions, the model features 2D keystone correction, which digitally corrects trapezoidal distortion. For mobile use, grid-independent operation is possible for a maximum period of 5 hours thanks to the built-in battery. A look at the light output reveals: The 550 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 238 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 159 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported. As an additional feature, an integrated media player enables the direct playback of files without an external source device. Furthermore, the model is Bluetooth-enabled, allowing audio signals to be sent wirelessly to external speakers. Thanks to MHL support, screen content from mobile devices can be transmitted via cable, including charging power for the device. Since entering the market in 2021, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model. This model continues to hold a solid place in our database search queries.
