A projector from LG is the BX220, whose DLP model delivers 1800 ANSI lumens, a resolution of XGA 1024 x 768 and a contrast of 2000:1. The manufacturer rates the durability of the included lamp at 2000 hours. A look at the light output reveals: The 1800 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 369 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 246 cm. Regarding noise emissions, the model proves to be exceptionally quiet during operation, producing just 30 decibels. Since entering the market in 2005, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
