Designed for the Stationary sector, the MC-WX8751B model from Maxell features 7500 ANSI lumens, a native WXGA 1280 x 80 resolution and a contrast ratio of 10000:1. In operating mode, the installed projector lamp offers a lifespan of 2000 hours. Both optical image shifting (lens shift) and digital keystone adjustment are included, enabling exact alignment on the screen. For maximum setup flexibility, the model supports optional interchangeable lenses, meaning the optics can be precisely matched to individual on-site requirements. Suitable distances can be determined using the Projector Calculator. Regarding projection size, the value of 7500 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 880 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 587 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content, and also offers the technical capability for 360° projection. Also on board is a local media player that allows reading and playing content directly from storage media. Connectivity for fixed installations is rounded off by an RJ45 port for remote maintenance and an HDBaseT interface, which transmits bundled video, audio, and control data over long cable runs. The projector was released in 2016 and is officially no longer distributed by Maxell.
