As a projector, the Canon LV 8300 combines LCD technology with a resolution of WXGA 1280 x 800, and is additionally specified with 3000 ANSI lumens and a contrast of 500:1. The manufacturer rates the durability of the included lamp at 3000 hours. A look at the light output reveals: The 3000 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 556 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 371 cm. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. This model dates back to 2009 and is no longer part of Canon's current product range.
