A projector from Canon is the XEED WUX6500, whose LCOS model delivers 6500 ANSI lumens, a resolution of WUXGA 1920 x 1200 and a contrast of 2000:1. The manufacturer rates the durability of the included lamp at 3000 hours. Both optical image shifting (lens shift) and digital keystone adjustment are included, enabling exact alignment on the screen. For maximum setup flexibility, the model supports optional interchangeable lenses, meaning the optics can be precisely matched to individual on-site requirements. Suitable distances can be determined using the Projection Calculator. Looking at practical performance, up to 819 cm can be illuminated with 6500 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 546 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported, and also offers the technical capability for 360° projection. Also on board is a local media player that allows reading and playing content directly from storage media. Regarding professional networking, the device offers a classic RJ45 LAN port for control alongside HDBaseT for the lossless transmission of picture and sound over long distances. This model dates back to 2017 and is no longer part of Canon's current product range.
