The XEED 4K6021Z model is a 3D-LCOS projector from Canon, intended for Stationary applications, offering 6000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 4000:1 at UHD (4K+2K) 4096 x 2160. The laser technology ensures a specified light source lifespan of up to 20000 hours. With four hours of daily operation, this corresponds to a period of 13.7 years. Both optical image shifting (lens shift) and digital keystone adjustment are included, enabling exact alignment on the screen. A major advantage for professional installations is the ability to use interchangeable lenses, allowing the projector to adapt to highly varied projection distances. Which optic is required for a specific case can easily be calculated via the Lens Calculator. A look at the light output reveals: The 6000 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 675 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 450 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content and 4K as well as 3D, meaning standard Blu-ray formats are processed effortlessly. The model is perfectly equipped for complex installations: In addition to the RJ45 jack for network administration, an HDBaseT port is available, transporting high-resolution AV signals over a single Cat cable. Since entering the market in 2019, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
