Model Overview

The equipment of the Toshiba TLP MT4 projector includes 850 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 400:1 with a SVGA 800 x 600 display. The manufacturer specifies a runtime of 2000 hours for this projector's lamp.
Looking at practical performance, up to 254 cm can be illuminated with 850 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 169 cm.
This device is no longer manufactured and has been removed from Toshiba's current lineup. Note: According to our information, replacement lamps (original or generic) are no longer available for this projector.

Occasion Toshiba

Have a defective MT4 here.... Unfortunately I no longer have the operating instructions and the color filters melted after about 1/2 lamp runtime....
A color filter costs over 170 euros....... of which 3 are needed......
Thanks to the chaotic Toshiba site I can‘t find a manual either...
Thanks to Toshiba... the next one will be a different brand!

to the projector:

a plus to the wide angle lens,
brightness normal to moderate,
operating noise rather normal,
lens shift function is great, factory ceiling mount from toshiba is also quite ok. the resolution is rather modest, qualitatively rather a cheap projector... just toshiba.
