The TDP TW355 is a DLP projector by Toshiba, whose specifications list 3500 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 2000:1 and a XGA 1024 x 768 resolution. The runtime of the lamp in this model is estimated at 2000 hours before a replacement is necessary. The image geometry can be adjusted via the built-in keystone correction so that a clean, rectangular display is achieved even with non-ideal placement. A look at the light output reveals: The 3500 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 515 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 343 cm. As an additional feature, an integrated media player enables the direct playback of files without an external source device. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. Since entering the market in 2007, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
