The technical data of the Runco VX 1000ci includes 1500 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 3000:1 as well as a HDTV 1280 x 720 display. According to Runco, the lamp has a durability of 2000 hours. The specifications indicate lens shift optics, allowing the image to be physically shifted without digital image artifacts. The Distance Calculator is available for room planning. Looking at practical performance, up to 393 cm can be illuminated with 1500 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 262 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P. Since entering the market in 2003, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
