Known as the RS 440, this LED-BrilliantColor-DLP projector by Runco features basic specs of 1200 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 2800:1 at a HDTV 1280 x 720 resolution. The manufacturer rates the durability of the included lamp at 2000 hours. The presence of a lens shift function enables flexible vertical or horizontal positioning of the projector without digital interference. Thanks to the interchangeable lens system, the device can be equipped with optional lenses to react flexibly to different room sizes. Exact values for specific rooms are provided by the Projector Calculator. Regarding projection size, the value of 1200 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 352 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 235 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P. This model dates back to 2008 and is no longer part of Runco's current product range. Important maintenance note: It is no longer possible to procure replacement lamps for this model.
