Behind the name DP9240 is a LCD projector by Proxima, whose main features include 1600 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 350:1 and a XGA 1024 x 768 resolution. The manufacturer specifies a runtime of 2000 hours for this projector's lamp. To meet a wide variety of installation conditions, the projector offers the option of using different interchangeable lenses. A look at the light output reveals: The 1600 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 348 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 232 cm. This device is no longer manufactured and has been removed from Proxima's current lineup.
