As a projector, the Proxima Pro AV 9400 combines LCD technology with a resolution of SXGA 1280 x 1024, and is additionally specified with 2300 ANSI lumens and a contrast of 350:1. In operating mode, the installed projector lamp offers a lifespan of 750 hours. For precise setup, the device features a lens shift mechanism that allows for purely optical image shifting. The optical system is designed for the use of interchangeable lenses, allowing for a tailor-made configuration for almost any throw ratio. The Projector Calculator is available to calculate the exact dimensions. Looking at practical performance, up to 406 cm can be illuminated with 2300 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 271 cm. This device is no longer manufactured and has been removed from Proxima's current lineup.
