The ILA 470SC model is a ILA projector from Hughes-JVC, intended for Stationary applications, offering 6800 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 1200:1 at 2500 x 1340 Pixel. The manufacturer rates the durability of the included lamp at 1000 hours. For basic image adjustment, the device is equipped with horizontal and vertical keystone correction, allowing digital compensation for trapezoidal distortion at angled projection setups. To meet a wide variety of installation conditions, the projector offers the option of using different interchangeable lenses. Verifying the respective distances is easily possible via the Distance Calculator. Looking at practical performance, up to 718 cm can be illuminated with 6800 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 479 cm. This is a discontinued model that is no longer officially distributed by Hughes-JVC.
