The Hughes-JVC ILA 540SC is a ILA projector that brings 4200 ANSI lumens, a 2500 x 1340 Pixel resolution alongside a contrast of 1200:1. The manufacturer rates the durability of the included lamp at 2500 hours. To compensate for angled projection positions, the model features 2D keystone correction, which digitally corrects trapezoidal distortion. The optical system is designed for the use of interchangeable lenses, allowing for a tailor-made configuration for almost any throw ratio. A look at the light output reveals: The 4200 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 564 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 376 cm. This device is no longer manufactured and has been removed from Hughes-JVC's current lineup.
