The projector ILA 220 by Hughes-JVC utilizes ILA technology and, according to the spec sheet, achieves 1850 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 200:1 at a resolution of UXGA 1600 x 1200. A look at the light output reveals: The 1850 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 375 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 250 cm. This is a discontinued model that is no longer officially distributed by Hughes-JVC.
