The equipment of the Wolf Cinema DCX 500i projector includes 2500 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 50000:1 with a HDTV 1920 x 1080 display. The runtime of the lamp in this model is estimated at 2500 hours before a replacement is necessary. The presence of a lens shift function enables flexible vertical or horizontal positioning of the projector without digital interference. The optical system is designed for the use of interchangeable lenses, allowing for a tailor-made configuration for almost any throw ratio. The Distance Calculator is available to calculate the exact dimensions. Looking at practical performance, up to 508 cm can be illuminated with 2500 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 339 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported. Since entering the market in 2009, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model. As an archive device, the projector remains highly relevant in our database.
