The Wolf Cinema TXF-3800 MK II is a 3D-DLP projector offering 7800 ANSI lumens and a UHD (4K2K) 3840 x 2160 resolution. The manufacturer lists the lifespan for this model at 30000 hours. With four hours of daily operation, this corresponds to a period of 20.5 years. An integrated lens shift provides significant leeway for placement. The lens can be adjusted to precisely align the image even with off-center installations. The optical system is designed for the use of interchangeable lenses, allowing for a tailor-made configuration for almost any throw ratio. The Lens Calculator is available to calculate the exact dimensions. Looking at practical performance, up to 897 cm can be illuminated with 7800 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 598 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P and 4K as well as 3D, meaning standard Blu-ray formats are processed effortlessly. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. The projector was released in 2022 and is officially no longer distributed by Wolf Cinema.
