The projector SDC-50 by Wolf Cinema operates as a 3D-DLP device with 12000 ANSI lumens, a HDTV 1920 x 1080 resolution and a contrast of 5000:1. In operating mode, the installed projector lamp offers a lifespan of 1500 hours. The presence of a lens shift function enables flexible vertical or horizontal positioning of the projector without digital interference. The specifications identify the device as a model with an interchangeable lens option. Matching optional optics allow for exact adaptation to the required image size and projection distance, which can be calculated directly with the Projector Calculator. Looking at practical performance, up to 1113 cm can be illuminated with 12000 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 742 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content as well as 3D. The model is perfectly equipped for complex installations: In addition to the RJ45 jack for network administration, an HDBaseT port is available, transporting high-resolution AV signals over a single Cat cable. Since entering the market in 2016, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
