The SIM2 Grand Cinema Lumis Plus T1 is a 3D-DLP projector that brings 4300 ANSI lumens, a HDTV 1920 x 1080 resolution alongside a contrast of 30000:1. The runtime of the lamp in this model is estimated at 5000 hours before a replacement is necessary. With two hours of daily operation, this corresponds to a period of 6.8 years. To meet a wide variety of installation conditions, the projector offers the option of using different interchangeable lenses. Verifying the respective distances is easily possible via the Projection Calculator. Looking at practical performance, up to 666 cm can be illuminated with 4300 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 444 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P as well as 3D. As an additional feature, an integrated media player enables the direct playback of files without an external source device. Since entering the market in 2016, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
