Based on DLP technology, the SIM2 Grand Cinema C3X LUMIS 3D projects images in a High-End Homecinema environment, with technical specs listing 9000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 3000:1 and a HDTV 1920 x 1080 resolution. The manufacturer specifies a runtime of 2000 hours for this projector's lamp. The presence of a lens shift function enables flexible vertical or horizontal positioning of the projector without digital interference. A major advantage for professional installations is the ability to use interchangeable lenses, allowing the projector to adapt to highly varied projection distances. Which optic is required for a specific case can easily be calculated via the Projector Calculator. Looking at practical performance, up to 964 cm can be illuminated with 9000 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 643 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P as well as 3D. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. This model dates back to 2009 and is no longer part of SIM2's current product range. In our projector directory, the device still generates high interest.
