The WU9 model is a 3D-DLP projector from AVANZA, intended for Stationary applications, offering 7200 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 10000:1 at WUXGA 1920 x 1200. The laser technology ensures a specified light source lifespan of up to 20000 hours – equivalent to a usable life of 13.7 years at 4 hours a day. In terms of image alignment, the model offers an optical lens shift function, allowing the image to be shifted on the projection surface without any loss of quality. To meet a wide variety of installation conditions, the projector offers the option of using different interchangeable lenses. Verifying the respective distances is easily possible via the Distance Calculator. Regarding projection size, the value of 7200 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 862 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 575 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. The projector was released in 2015 and is officially no longer distributed by AVANZA.
