Known as the HD50UST, this LCD projector by AVANZA features basic specs of 5000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 100000:1 at a HDTV 1920 x 1080 resolution. With its laser unit, the projector offers a specified light lifespan of 20000 hours. Daily use of 4 hours makes an operational lifespan of over 13.7 years possible. To ensure a rectangular image even with asymmetrical placement, the projector includes digital keystone correction for both the horizontal and vertical axes. A look at the light output reveals: The 5000 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 718 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 479 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P. This is a discontinued model that is no longer officially distributed by AVANZA.
