The B5-C model from AVANZA combines DLP technology in the Stationary sector with 5600 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 100000:1 and a native WXGA 1280 x 800 resolution. With its built-in laser light source, the projector achieves a manufacturer-stated lifespan of 20000 hours, which translates to 13.7 years with 4 hours of daily use. The presence of a lens shift function enables flexible vertical or horizontal positioning of the projector without digital interference. For maximum setup flexibility, the model supports optional interchangeable lenses, meaning the optics can be precisely matched to individual on-site requirements. Suitable distances can be determined using the Lens Calculator. Regarding projection size, the value of 5600 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 760 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 507 cm. Regarding professional networking, the device offers a classic RJ45 LAN port for control alongside HDBaseT for the lossless transmission of picture and sound over long distances. Since entering the market in 2016, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
