Based on DLP technology, the XGIMI Horizon 20 Pro device delivers 5125 ANSI lumens, a resolution of UHD (4K2K) 3840 x 2160 and a contrast of 20000:1 as a projector. With its laser unit, the projector offers a specified light lifespan of 20000 hours – calculating to 13.7 years at four hours of use per day. To facilitate room installation, the device is equipped with mechanical lens shift and additional keystone correction. Precise setup distances can be determined in the Distance Calculator. To ensure objective comparability, an approximate ANSI lumen value was calculated based on the ISO lumen values. Looking at practical performance, up to 727 cm can be illuminated with 5125 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 485 cm. Additionally, a built-in ambient light sensor measures the room lighting and automatically adjusts the projection settings. For media input, video signals up to 1080P and 4K are supported. Additionally, thanks to Google TV, the model is network-capable and can be used without external playback devices. Also on board is a local media player that allows reading and playing content directly from storage media. Furthermore, the model is Bluetooth-enabled, allowing audio signals to be sent wirelessly to external speakers. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. Since the projector supports Chromecast screen mirroring, video signals can also be streamed wirelessly from the end device.
