A projector from XGIMI is the MoGo 4 Laser, whose Laser-DLP model delivers 688 ANSI lumens, a resolution of HDTV 1920 x 1080 and a contrast of 1000:1. With its built-in laser light source, the projector achieves a manufacturer-stated lifespan of 25000 hours, covering an estimated 17.1 years based on a 4-hour daily runtime. For mobile use, grid-independent operation is possible for a maximum period of 5 hours thanks to the built-in battery. To make performance data comparable based on the ISO lumen values, we calculated an approximate ANSI lumen value. Looking at practical performance, up to 266 cm can be illuminated with 688 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 177 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported. Equipped with Google TV, the device provides direct access to a broad spectrum of streaming services. Also on board is a local media player that allows reading and playing content directly from storage media. Furthermore, the model is Bluetooth-enabled, allowing audio signals to be sent wirelessly to external speakers. Since the projector supports DLNA and Chromecast screen mirroring, video signals can also be streamed wirelessly from the end device.
