The N5S Ultra model is a 3D-DLP projector from Jmgo, intended for Homecinema applications, offering 4680 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 10000:1 at UHD (4K2K) 3840 x 2160. The laser technology ensures a specified light source lifespan of up to 20000 hours, which translates to 13.7 years with 4 hours of daily use. The specifications indicate lens shift optics, allowing the image to be physically shifted without digital image artifacts. The Distance Calculator is available for room planning. Because the manufacturer specifies brightness in CVIA lumen values, we have determined an ANSI lumen value for better comparability. A look at the light output reveals: The 4680 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 880 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 587 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content and 4K as well as 3D, meaning standard Blu-ray formats are processed effortlessly. Furthermore, the model is Bluetooth-enabled, allowing audio signals to be sent wirelessly to external speakers.
