The projector PLX8000HD 720P by Vivibright utilizes LCD technology and, according to the spec sheet, achieves 3500 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 2000:1 at a resolution of WXGA 1280 x 800. According to Vivibright, the lamp has a durability of 4000 hours – mathematically sufficient for 5.5 years based on two hours of use per day. Regarding projection size, the value of 3500 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 601 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 401 cm. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. Since entering the market in 2011, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
