Behind the name PLX8000HD is a LED-LCD projector by Vivibright, whose main features include 3500 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 2000:1 and a XGA 1024 x 768 resolution. The manufacturer rates the durability of the included lamp at 4000 hours. A daily usage of 2 hours makes an operational lifespan of 5.5 years possible. A look at the light output reveals: The 3500 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 515 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 343 cm. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. The projector was released in 2011 and is officially no longer distributed by Vivibright.
