Based on DLP technology, the Vivibright PRL5W device delivers 500 ANSI lumens, a resolution of WXGA 1280 x 800 and a contrast of 10000:1 as a projector. Regarding projection size, the value of 500 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 227 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 151 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P and 4K as well as 3D are supported, meaning standard Blu-ray formats are processed effortlessly. Furthermore, the model is Bluetooth-enabled, allowing audio signals to be sent wirelessly to external speakers. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. The projector was released in 2015 and is officially no longer distributed by Vivibright.
