As a projector for the Game-Portabel sector, the Philips PicoPix PPX5110 is equipped with 100 ANSI lumens, a WVGA 854 x 480 resolution and a contrast of 1000:1. As an LED projector, the spec sheet indicates a lifespan of 20000 hours – calculating to 13.7 years at four hours of use per day. To reduce dependence on stationary power sources, the model is equipped with a built-in battery for autonomous operation. A look at the light output reveals: The 100 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 102 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 68 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content. Since entering the market in 2019, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
