The projector NeoPix Ultra by Philips operates as a LED-LCD device with 500 ANSI lumens, a HDTV 1920 x 1080 resolution and a contrast of 3000:1. An LED lifespan of 20000 hours is noted in the data sheet for this model – equivalent to a usable life of 13.7 years at 4 hours a day. To ensure objective comparability, an approximate ANSI lumen value was calculated based on the LED lumen values. A look at the light output reveals: The 500 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 425 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 283 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported. As an additional feature, an integrated media player enables the direct playback of files without an external source device. Furthermore, the model is Bluetooth-enabled, allowing audio signals to be sent wirelessly to external speakers. The projector was released in 2019 and is officially no longer distributed by Philips.
