Behind the name ImagePro 8133WSS is a LCD projector by Dukane, whose main features include 3300 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 500000:1 and a WXGA 1280 x 800 resolution. With its laser unit, the projector offers a specified light lifespan of 20000 hours, covering an estimated 13.7 years based on a 4-hour daily runtime. Should a perpendicular setup to the screen not be possible, the integrated keystone correction (horizontal and vertical) helps to realign the image into a perfect rectangle. A special feature is the short-throw lens, which allows the device to be positioned at a very short distance from the screen. According to the data sheet, an image width of 2 meters is achieved from a distance of just 60 cm. Looking at practical performance, up to 584 cm can be illuminated with 3300 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 389 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P. The built-in HDMI-MHL (Mobile High-Definition Link) port enables screen mirroring from a smartphone while simultaneously charging it. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. The projector was released in 2018 and is officially no longer distributed by Dukane.
