The ImagePro 8950WSS is a DLP projector by Dukane, whose specifications list 5000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 500000:1 and a WXGA 1280 x 800 resolution. Using this laser phosphor technology, the light source runtime is rated at 20000 hours. Daily use of 4 hours makes an operational lifespan of over 13.7 years possible. Should a perpendicular setup to the screen not be possible, the integrated keystone correction (horizontal and vertical) helps to realign the image into a perfect rectangle. A look at the light output reveals: The 5000 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 718 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 479 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported. An additional 360° projection capability allows the device to be oriented at almost any angle. Thanks to MHL support, screen content from mobile devices can be transmitted via cable, including charging power for the device. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. Since entering the market in 2018, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
