Based on DLP technology, the Dukane ImagePro 8408 projects images in a Stationary environment, with technical specs listing 5000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 1200:1 and a XGA 1024 x 768 resolution. The manufacturer specifies a runtime of 2000 hours for this projector's lamp. To facilitate room installation, the device is equipped with mechanical lens shift and additional keystone correction, allowing the projected image to be positioned with immense flexibility. Thanks to the interchangeable lens system, the device can be equipped with optional lenses to react flexibly to different room sizes. Exact values for specific rooms are provided by the Projector Calculator. Looking at practical performance, up to 616 cm can be illuminated with 5000 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 411 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. With a value of only 30 decibels, the noise level during operation remains pleasantly in the background. Since entering the market in 2010, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
