The hardware properties of the PJ WX2440 manufactured by Ricoh include 3100 ANSI lumens, a WXGA 1280 x 800 resolution and a contrast value of 2000:1. The manufacturer lists the lamp life at 5000 hours – mathematically sufficient for 6.8 years based on two hours of use per day. A look at the light output reveals: The 3100 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 566 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 377 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P. The projector was released in 2019 and is officially no longer distributed by Ricoh.
