The equipment of the Liesegang dv 550 projector includes 4500 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 300:1 with a XGA 1024 x 768 display. According to Liesegang, the lamp has a durability of 2000 hours. The image geometry can be adjusted via the built-in keystone correction so that a clean, rectangular display is achieved even with non-ideal placement. For maximum setup flexibility, the model supports optional interchangeable lenses, meaning the optics can be precisely matched to individual on-site requirements. Suitable distances can be determined using the Projection Calculator. A look at the light output reveals: The 4500 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 584 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 389 cm. This is a discontinued model that is no longer officially distributed by Liesegang.
