The Vidda C5 Master model from Hisense combines DLP technology in the High-End Homecinema sector with 5220 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 8000:1 and a native UHD (4K2K) 3840 x 2160 resolution. With its laser unit, the projector offers a specified light lifespan of 20000 hours. Daily use of 4 hours makes an operational lifespan of over 13.7 years possible. To allow for cross-manufacturer brightness comparisons, the stated ANSI lumen value is based on a conversion of the CVIA lumen values. Looking at practical performance, up to 675 cm can be illuminated with 5220 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 450 cm. Additionally, a built-in ambient light sensor measures the room lighting and automatically adjusts the projection settings. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P and 4K. Furthermore, the model is Bluetooth-enabled, allowing audio signals to be sent wirelessly to external speakers. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. Since the projector supports Miracast and Airplay screen mirroring, video signals can also be streamed wirelessly from the end device.
