The basic data of the Hisense P1 includes 1170 ANSI lumens, a resolution of HDTV 1920 x 1080 as well as a contrast of 30000:1. With its built-in laser light source, the projector achieves a manufacturer-stated lifespan of 30000 hours, covering an estimated 20.5 years based on a 4-hour daily runtime. Should a perpendicular setup to the screen not be possible, the integrated keystone correction (horizontal and vertical) helps to realign the image into a perfect rectangle. For mobile use, grid-independent operation is possible for a maximum period of 5 hours thanks to the built-in battery. Looking at practical performance, up to 348 cm can be illuminated with 1170 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 232 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content and 4K. Furthermore, the model is Bluetooth-enabled, allowing audio signals to be sent wirelessly to external speakers. Thanks to support for Miracast and Airplay, screen content can also be cast wirelessly from a smartphone, tablet, or PC to the screen.
