The basic data of the Hisense 100L9G-CINE100A includes 3000 ANSI lumens, a resolution of UHD (4K2K) 3840 x 2160 as well as a contrast of 1000000:1. The manufacturer lists the lifespan for this model at 25000 hours – equivalent to a usable life of 17.1 years at 4 hours a day. With its short projection distance, the short-throw model excels in smaller rooms, requiring only 50 cm of wall distance for an image width of 2 meters. A look at the light output reveals: The 3000 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 556 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 371 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content and 4K as well as 3D, meaning standard Blu-ray formats are processed effortlessly. As an additional feature, an integrated media player enables the direct playback of files without an external source device. For wireless audio output, the projector also supports Bluetooth, making it easy to quickly connect external soundbars. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. The projector was released in 2021 and is officially no longer distributed by Hisense. As an archive device, the projector remains highly relevant in our database.
