As a projector, the Plus U2 X2000 combines DLP technology with a resolution of XGA 1024 x 768, and is additionally specified with 2000 ANSI lumens and a contrast of 650:1. The runtime of the lamp in this model is estimated at 1000 hours before a replacement is necessary. Looking at practical performance, up to 389 cm can be illuminated with 2000 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 259 cm. As an additional feature, an integrated media player enables the direct playback of files without an external source device.
