The BlackWing Four MK 2011 model is a DILA projector from CineVersum, intended for High-End Homecinema applications, offering 900 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 70000:1 at HDTV 1920 x 1080. The manufacturer lists the lamp life at 3000 hours. An integrated lens shift provides significant leeway for placement. The lens can be adjusted to perfectly align the image even with off-center installations – exact dimensions are provided by the Distance Calculator. Regarding projection size, the value of 900 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 305 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 203 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P. A look at the data sheet confirms a very subtle fan noise for the projector at just 19 decibels. The projector was released in 2011 and is officially no longer distributed by CineVersum.
