A projector from CineVersum is the BlackWing 2-L MK2022, whose 3D-LCOS model delivers 2500 ANSI lumens, a resolution of UHD (4K+2K) 4096 x 2160 and a contrast of 80000:1. With its laser unit, the projector offers a specified light lifespan of 20000 hours, covering an estimated 13.7 years based on a 4-hour daily runtime. The specifications indicate lens shift optics, allowing the image to be physically shifted without digital image artifacts. The Projector Calculator is available for room planning. Looking at practical performance, up to 249 cm can be illuminated with 2500 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 166 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P and 4K as well as 3D, meaning standard Blu-ray formats are processed effortlessly. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. This model dates back to 2022 and is no longer part of CineVersum's current product range.
