Based on LCD technology, the Everest CR355U device delivers 3300 ANSI lumens, a resolution of WUXGA 1920 x 1200 and a contrast of 10000:1 as a projector. In operating mode, the installed projector lamp offers a lifespan of 5000 hours – mathematically sufficient for 6.8 years based on two hours of use per day. For basic image adjustment, the device is equipped with horizontal and vertical keystone correction, allowing digital compensation for trapezoidal distortion at angled projection setups. With its short projection distance, the short-throw model excels in smaller rooms, requiring only 92 cm of wall distance for an image width of 2 meters. Looking at practical performance, up to 584 cm can be illuminated with 3300 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 389 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content. Thanks to MHL support, screen content from mobile devices can be transmitted via cable, including charging power for the device. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. This model dates back to 2021 and is no longer part of Everest's current product range.
