As a projector for the Standard-Portabel sector, the Dangbei Mars 1080P is equipped with 2100 ANSI lumens and a HDTV 1920 x 1080 resolution. With its built-in laser light source, the projector achieves a manufacturer-stated lifespan of 30000 hours. Daily use of 4 hours makes an operational lifespan of over 20.5 years possible. Looking at practical performance, up to 466 cm can be illuminated with 2100 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 311 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P. Furthermore, the model is Bluetooth-enabled, allowing audio signals to be sent wirelessly to external speakers. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. A look at the data sheet confirms a very subtle fan noise for the projector at just 24 decibels. Since entering the market in 2023, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
