The equipment of the ASK Proxima E1655 projector includes 6500 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 1000:1 with a XGA 1024 x 768 display. In operating mode, the installed projector lamp offers a lifespan of 3000 hours. Both optical image shifting (lens shift) and digital keystone adjustment are included, enabling exact alignment on the screen. Accurate distances are provided by the Distance Calculator. Looking at practical performance, up to 702 cm can be illuminated with 6500 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 468 cm. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. The projector was released in 2011 and is officially no longer distributed by ASK Proxima.
