As a projector, the ASK Proxima C3257 combines LCD technology with a resolution of XGA 1024 x 768, and is additionally specified with 2700 ANSI lumens and a contrast of 4000:1. The runtime of the lamp in this model is estimated at 4000 hours before a replacement is necessary – mathematically sufficient for 5.5 years based on two hours of use per day. Looking at practical performance, up to 453 cm can be illuminated with 2700 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 302 cm. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. This model dates back to 2013 and is no longer part of ASK Proxima's current product range.
